My appointment was yesterday (2/26/26).
As a new patient, I traveled to get to this location (I found on the internet) and it was well worth the drive. I stepped out on faith, because I didn’t know what to expect. Upon entering the office I was warmly greeted with a smile and professionalism from front office personnel. The x-ray technician was friendly and professional; my hygienist was patient, friendly, kind, and professional as well. My Endodontist (Dr. Looney) eased my anxiety by answering all my questions and showing concern about my well being. He took time with me and did not rush the process. I also enjoyed our conversation. He explained the steps of the root canal that he took from start to finish.
My overall wait time was excellent. This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a dentist office in my life. If you ever need a root canal, I highly recommend going there!!!

I was impressed with my experience. Very professional. I appreciate Dr. Looney’s honesty and time to explain things so I can make an informed decision. It refreshing that I wasn’t pressured into making a decision that wasn’t right for me. I definitely recommend him and will definitely seek him out should I need his services in the future.

Dr. Looney and his entire staff are always so very nice and truly concerned about all of my dental health. It’s great to walk in and immediately feel at ease in their presence. I leave knowing I have had the best care.

I am so ecstatic I could literally cry!!! I am an experienced root canal patient, but they have been done locally in Columbus, GA. A fistula was found above a root canal and I was sent back to my previous endo. Within seconds of the X-ray he said I would need to have it pulled, wrote me an antibiotic and sent me on my way.

This office is gorgeous! I got here early on accident and was able to get in. Everyone from the front desk , assistant, and doctor were so sweet! They had an awesome 3D scanner!

All that to say, the Dr was super open to conservative options and offered non-surgical and surgical retreatment options if it starts bothering me more. I had an appointment last month to get it pulled and an implant which was over 5k with my dental insurance!!! I panicked and decided to get a second endo opinion and I am so thankful I did! Best Christmas gift ever!

Having a root canal. The first thing you think is MAJOR PAIN!!. But with Dr. Looney you feel nothing!! Maybe like some of you, you think about going to the dentist. Your blood pressure goes up. You start sweating and everything. That is me! But with Dr. Looney he made you feel calm and comfortable. He explained everything what he was going to do . And even the injections to numb my mouth did not even hurt! If you ever need to have a root canal I would highly recommend him! His staff there is also amazing. They don’t treat you like a patient but they treat you like family. The receptionist greets you with a smile and welcomes you to the office. It’s like if you’ve known her for a lifetime. Once again, I would highly recommend Dr. Looney And his staff for a root canal!!!
