We recently had such a great experience at Bentwater Cosmetic and Family Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the overall vibe of the office was wonderful. It’s very clean, and everyone there is so welcoming and kind.

The entire team was fantastic. The dentist, the hygienist, and the front office staff were all very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how it would help. That level of communication made us feel comfortable and confident in our care.

Madison was our hygienist, and she was absolutely great. She was patient, thorough, and so good with our three-year-old, as well as with me and my husband. My husband has never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but he did great and even said they did a great job making him feel at ease.

Overall, we highly recommend Bentwater Cosmetic and Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and family-focused dental office!

It has been nearly 10 years since my last trip to the dentist, I hate to admit. Being a mother had stalled making my own health a priority.
I had a phenomenal experience, I was so nervous as someone who suffers with sensitive teeth and the extensive time since my last cleaning.
Front staff to back staff to the doctor – all so kind and AMAZING.
Had my cleaning with Madison & she made me feel so comfortable and there was no pain during my cleaning.

By far the best dentist office. My kids and myself both enjoy coming and every visit is exceptional! Real people dealing with real people! Madison is the homie! The entire staff is always nice and patient. The front desk ladies are always respectful and inviting. Thank y’all for your consistency!

First time patient. Amazing first impression and the thoroughness and detail of explanation was refreshing to have. Hannah was amazing and patient and very friendly! 5 stars all day!!! All staff was great.

Terrible experience at this dentist office. They provided me with a treatment plan BEFORE I even saw the actual dentist. How do you prepare a treatment plan without looking into the actual mouth and without seeing my teeth? That was red flag number one. They were also short staffed and the dental hygienist was handling the billing portion and when I asked some questions, she couldn’t answer them because she was just “filling in” due to being short staffed. Then I had to wait on the office manager to come in so I could get my questions answered, all before I even saw a dentist. He was condescending calling me “sweetie”. At that point I didn’t feel like I was in good hands and canceled the entire thing. After they realized my dollars $$ were heading out the door, their courtesy vanished. I am baffled at how they manage to have such a high review rating!
