They are a great staff i was having pain and they were able to get me in within 2 weeks! So happy to went there.

This dental practice offers very poor scheduling. New patients are expected to wait 6 1/2 months for an introductory consultation. In my previous experience, most dentists are able to accommodate within about 2 weeks. This is NOT the place to go if you expect to see a dentist sometime this decade.

Welp they continue to loose potential new patients. Nicki, the front desk operator, is very entitled and refuses to help. After 5 weeks of trying to set up an appointment, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Thank you for making that choice for us.

Virginia Family Dental is my go-to place for regular checkups, cleanings and dental work. I recently had a filling come loose and called them to avoid further issues. They were able to fit me in that same morning with Weston, who was the only dentist present that day, to have a look and plan a course of action. As I was leaving, they told me they had a cancellation that afternoon and would I like to take that opening. Of course I did. He was able to remove the old filing, which was right in the front of my mouth, and restore the tooth to better-than-before appearance and strengthen the teeth near it! It’s better than it has been for years! He’s a true artist, and so very patient and kind! The same goes for his assistant!
The sweet ladies at the front desk are always so pleasant and welcoming! When I need dental work, I feel confident that I’m getting the very best professional care possible from all of the staff at Virginia Family Dental! They always explain everything clearly, and with empathy, and do their best to make me comfortable during the process. Honestly, I do love going there!

Everyone at Virginia Family Dental is awesome. From the friendly, helpful front desk staff to the hygienists, to the assistants, to Dr. Miskovich the customer service is fantastic. Always explain things so I can understand, give options for treatment, show me X-rays so I can better understand my options. Dr. M. has contacted me after hours to make sure I’m doing well after a procedure. The dental team works like a well oiled machine!
