My family and I have been going to Imperial Valley Dental for years now. We hardly have to be waiting to get seen. Montserrat does a really good job with the dental cleaning. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience as a new patient; waited 2.5 hrs for my daughter to be seen, for the dentist to only spend 10 minutes of her time examining my daughter. At least 7 patients were seen before us, granted they arrived after us. Didn’t even have the decency to provide teeth cleaning. Front desk was not the most pleasant. Will definitely not be returning.

They owe me over $ 1800 for overpayment. I called several times. 3 days ago I was told the office manager has a brain tumor and forgot. Which is a complete lie and a fabricanted excuse. I will make one more attempt to get my money before this will be handled at small claims court.

I’ve had two very good experiences with the dentist and her staff, after a crown popped off during a flossing and another time eating pizza crust. They saw me either the same day or the next day. Very relaxing environment with comfortable chairs and music of your choice. I must stress how nice the entire staff was to me! Lots of smiles and positive conversations even though everyone was masked up. It was a really upbeat yet professional environment. Dr. Kelley was super nice, patient, tender and fast! She had those crowns on in no time, yet still paused at just the right moment to check on me. The crowns felt super strong and smooth all around. I’m new to the area but definitely will be back to see Dr. Kelley.

This practice sucks round 2! To the “owner” there is no way you can apologize for not having a great experience at your practice. I’m a family of 5 and absolutely have withdrawn from your practice and gone else where. I’ve left numerous messages for the “accounting lady” (who probably doesn’t really exists) or Dr Kelley Georgene who NEVER will call you back. I left my first message back in October 2021 and still waiting. This practice has not billed me in 9 months (yes that’s right nine). I also had left a deposit back in September and still cannot get my money back because they need to send me a bill first….. makes NO Sense!
