I’ll start with the amazing front desk staff. They immediately make you feel at home. Then Karen, she is absolutely amazing. She and Dr. Haviland have done a lot of great work on me and my 3 kids. Karen is so kind and so great at what she does. One time Dr. Haviland saw my car tire was low and he went out and fixed it. You won’t see many dentist to that! We love y’all! – The Kirkpatricks

Wish I found this dentist sooner! I hadn’t been in years due to prior bad experiences with different dentist. Out of pocket is reasonable is another plus!!

After a horrible experience with Aspen dental in Asheboro, we knew we wanted a private practice. They took our insurance so we figured lets give then a try. My wife went in a few days before me and came home telling me how great her experience was. Today I had my appointment and everything was wonderful and I felt Welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. All 3 of the professionals I worked with were confident and knew there profession well.

I switched dentists after getting my braces removed as a teenager and have been coming to Dr. Haviland since (6+ yrs.) The office and front bathroom are very clean, and the rooms themselves are simple and bright thanks to the nice windows the building has. I have never had an issue with the quality of care or service here and really enjoy Dr. Haviland’s upbeat attitude. He will make you laugh at least once during your visit and tries his best to answer any and all questions. I’ve been seen by two or three different dental hygienists, and they’ve all been great. Amy for example has cleaned my teeth the last two times I’ve been and she was incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and charismatic (shes my favorite dental hygienist!) I strongly recommend this practice and have personally recommended them to everyone I know in search/in need of dental care/services. A big thank-you to Dr. Haviland and Staff for all the incredible work you do!

It’s been years since going to him, but each cleaning I would always have at least one cavity. The last straw was when he said my top front tooth had a cavity. When he said that the hygienist had a look of pure shock on her face. Needless to say I changed dentists and amazingly enough my new dentist said there was no cavity on my front tooth. I have not had a cavity since either. Makes you wonder how I went from at least one cavity every cleaning to none in the last 8 or more years. Definitely not a dentist I would ever recommend. The rest of the staff were great, though.
