If I could give them 0 stars I would. On many occasions when I have come to my appointments they cancel on me and tell me that the doctor is very busy. I definitely do not recommend them. Do not waste your time in this office.

The professionalism in this office is non existent. Appointment always run extremely late. When I ask how long it will take I am told I need to be more patience and I am welcome to go elseelsew. They violated patient privacy by listing the work my son a minor had done openly in the lobby. This was done by the office manger who would not give me a way to talk to the doctor and report her actions. Overhearing this manager complain about her about people not showing up to have oral surgery. Here YOU are just a number and a paycheck.

Dr. Carlos Rivas has been by far the very best dentist I have had the honor of meeting. His work is impeccable and painless. He and his business is honest and suitable to all your dental needs. Dr. Rivas bedside manner is so warming and insightful. Norma the office manager was so detailed and helpful with insurance details and coverages. I had the best dental assistant, Deysi !!. Super smart and delightful. I strongly recommend Dr Carlos Rivas for all your dental needs.

My sister had an appointment for xrays and exam and they claim they didn’t have their sensor in yet so they couldn’t take her xrays. So she had nothing done to her and she has a tooth ache.
