I was sceptical with the comments from the past, but this dentist is really good! Got me in quickly. Nobody was rude at all, everyone was very sweet. The lady cleaning my teeth we talked the whole time. And the dentist was nice as well. So I definitely would not look at the old bad comments. I definitely will continue coming here.

I started going here and than my husband needed some work done and he decided to be seen at this office as well. We was on 2 different plans as I had insurance coverage and he paid into “their” save money plan. They kept canceling my husband appointment and than left him a message about when he could come in. Well my husband left them a message about not being able to make that appointment and because they never checked the answering machine and called him back they put him in as a no show. So 1 year later I get an emergency and called them 2 hours before my appointment to cancel and because my husband had a no call no show 1 year before that they let me go so rude over the phone. They took my husband’s $200 for their plan a few days before and wouldn’t refund my husband’s money back. So we paid them for no service. My husband has called the office multiple times and is told Dr Lewis will call him back but never does. This office is not treating patients fair. They don’t send out warning letters or never even sent a letter to my husband letting him go after they let me go. Remind you we was not on same plan together. A medical office is to follow procedures cause patients have rights and this dental office do not follow them. They stand at front desk talking about patients so I always knew what was going on with someone else.

I was terrified as I went in to have my whole top pallet pulled the whole staff was awesome, Dr.Lewis was great I was in and out in 30 minutes. He kept me calm talked in a very soothing voice ,he was better than a oral surgeon I had went to in the past I would recommend him to anyone. The whole staff made a terrifying experience pleasant at best. My next visit I have no fears.

I called this office on monday with tooth pain. Was told i could be seen the next day on a Tuesday. Was told i had a bad tooth needing a root canal or for the tooth to be pulled. I choose for it to be pulled and was able to get that done on the next day. My appointment was at 330 and i was done before 4. So happy. No pain after it was pulled. Today is thursday writing this review i can say i still feel no pain. The pain i thought i was gonna experience never came. I have told all my sisters to check this place out and i found a new dental home. staff is extra friendly. From the women checking you in to the assistants going over charts and updates to the dentist themselves. Everything about this office is a 10. Clean fast and friendly.

This place is a joke! Never come here! I moved and had to find a dentist closer. So I went in to sign a medical release from them to send my new dentist my X-rays and other records. When I went in the dentist was standing in the front talking to the receptionist and looks at my chart and asks why I’m switching to a new dentist and why I cancelled my last appointment and I told him I moved (none of his business anyway) and he was just really snotty. And then tells me they can do their own X-rays. Then I tell him my insurance only pays for one a year and then says well I’m not giving you copies..but we will send them. Well it’s been 2 weeks and my new dentist still has not received them. Very unprofessional and I will be reporting this place to anyone I can!
