What a fantastic experience I had today at Banner Elk Family Dentistry! Dr. Blake and assistant Wendy really got things taken care of quickly and effectively for me today during my visit. A very welcoming environment, extraordinarily friendly staff and professional care. I would highly recommend and will be using their services in the future!

BEWARE!!! Absolutely love the people and the dentist here, but cannot stand the customer service. Waited five days and called numerous time throughout a week and had to come by to the practice. As no one would ever answer the phone or call me back! Had to find an emergency dentist, for a cracked tooth because they were no help. Do not recommend do not go, beware take your business somewhere else.

I came in wanting to have a partial made due to bone loss. They were great with doing my impressions and ordering my partial and I decided to have an oral surgeon remove what teeth needed to be done. My partial came and Dr Blake decided to just pull the 6 teeth. I was very reluctant because I have never had one pulled only oral surgery. I have to say Dr Blake was amazing and made me feel really comfortable.

I had a terrific cleaning a few days ago from Mandy and a painless filling a couple weeks ago from Dr. Blake. Everyone I’ve met so far including Carla and Nicole have been SO pleasant and professional. I feel very fortunate to have Banner Elk Family Dentistry for my dental care. Can it possibly get any better? Well, today I’m sitting here in the waiting room gazing out the window while hubby is getting his teeth cleaned by Erin and I couldn’t help but notice how gorgeous the view is. Had to share.

I had an appointment today. We waited in our car due to Covid19
The Dental Assistant came out for me and checked my temperature. Dr. Blake is a Wonderful Dentist. Very kind and gentle. His Dental Assistant and Front office Woman are very sweet. Very Professional. I feel alot better and feel very Blessed. Thank you all.🙏🤗
