Amazing experience at this office!! I had to unexpectedly bring my 2 toddlers with me to my appointment. They started getting antsy in the stroller only 5 minutes into my appointment, and the wonderful ladies at the front desk helped keep them calm and entertained so I wasn’t stressed about them the entire time.
The best staff and doctor, I will never go anywhere else!!

Respect is earned in this industry and walking in to exit was delivered with the optimum care. Our dementia patient was quite the challenge but both frontal staff and doctors made sure to offer quality care and give us guidance on added supports for her care. Thanks to all of you, working as a team to ensure patients feel heard and supported. We did!

I called your office and explained my problem in detail. I mentioned that my endodontist referred me to an orofacial pain specialist who treats TMJ, and I was assured that the doctor in your office handles these types of cases.
Yesterday, when I arrived, I again explained my condition to three staff members, including the doctor. However, the treatment provided was the same as what my previous dentist had already done. I did not need a general dental evaluation — I specifically needed a doctor who specializes in TMJ and orofacial pain.
Therefore, I feel that I was scheduled for an appointment that did not address my condition, and I was charged for a service that was not what I had clearly requested prior to making the appointment.

My dental care have been great while I being scheduled at dentist recommended quarterly intervals I need to have constant level of care to minimize issues like all knotted on last exam. I will need to match that level of care. I will need to find out what options are available to maintain my dental care with the changes made the office and my schedule. Truly impacted the quality of car.

I came for routine dental and cleaning as a new patient. They did a bunch of stuff, but did not do anything, and presented me with a care plan that is good but expensive. But by the very end, they still did not do my cleaning. I left unsatisfied. I have never been to a dental office that never did anything for me. I saw some reviews post-visit and I am not the only one that experienced it.
